By using QuotePilot estimate tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Estimates are preliminary
QuotePilot provides a preliminary estimate using available property data, homeowner-provided information, contractor pricing, and, when available, aerial measurements. It is not a final contract, professional roof measurement, inspection, insurance determination, or guarantee of project price. Final scope and pricing require contractor verification.
Financing
Any monthly payment shown is an estimate only. Financing is subject to lender approval, credit terms, and provider availability. QuotePilot does not originate or guarantee financing.
Relationship with contractors
Roofing contractors that use QuotePilot are independent businesses. QuotePilot does not perform roofing work and is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes and for properties you own or are authorized to represent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Estimates may differ from final contractor pricing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotePilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any estimate.
